If you maintain a webform, you will be sent a link to see the results by the Web Team. Only authorized users will have access to the results.  To be given access to the submissions for a form, submit a helpdesk ticket let us know which form you need access to.

If you are downloading all results, you have three options.

  1. Export for Windows and Mac
    1. Export zip file
    2. Download a zip containing folders for each entry containing the uploaded documents.
  2. Export a TAR(Mac only)
    1. The TAR archive contains a CSV and folders for each entry containing the uploaded documents.

Accessing the Download form

The link that you receive will provide you with access to the entries in the backend of Drupal.

This may work for most cases, but if you need to share this information with others you may need it in another format.  If this is the case, you may need to download all of your submissions.  To do this you will need to go to the top of the page and click on the Download page.

You will arrive at the Download form.

Export for Windows and Mac

Download a CSV

You will need to fill out the form, and you have are three ways of obtaining the content you are looking for.

In the "Format Options" section, make sure that the "Generate Excel compatible file" is checked.

Go to the bottom of the page, and under "Download Options", make sure that "Download uploaded files" is unchecked.

Click on the Download button, and you will be able to save your CSV.

Download a zip

This is only available if documents were uploaded

This is done the same as the TAR, the only difference is that it only downloads the images and not the CSV.

When you are at the archive options section, select Zip file.

Download the folder, and this will contain the uploads for each entry.

If you are on a PC, you will need to download the CSV get the zip file containing the uploaded documents. If you opt not to download the zip files, the CSV will contain links to each document, which you can copy and paste in a browser.

Export a TAR(Mac only)

This is only available if documents were uploaded

The TAR Mac's, otherwise you will need to find software to allow you to open a TAR. The best way for a P.C. user is to download the zip file.

The directions are the same as we did for the CSV, only you need to check the "Download uploaded files" in the Download options section.

You will then need to select how you want a folder to be compressed. A section will appear for "Archive Options", Select Tar archive (*.tar.gz).

Download the folder, and this will contain the CSV and the uploads for each entry.
