Almost exclusively, videos are hosted on YouTube. If your group does not already have a YouTube presence, the Web Team will set one up for you. When it's ready you will be given login credentials. Once you’ve got a video finalized and ready to release, upload it to YouTube and it gets added to the site using one of these methods.
Video Embed Module
The simplest way to get a YouTube video on any given page is to use the Video Embed Module. This can be used to place either individual videos or YouTube managed playlists onto a page.
Video Library
If there are more than a few videos or videos are updated frequently the Web Team can create a Video Library application instance. SiteExecutive video libraries generate a page to display a collection of videos from your YouTube channel in addition to being able to post videos from that library through out a site using "Insert Video".
