Page locks typically happen when you are in Edit Page mode and you close your browser window or navigate to a different page without first clicking "Save" or "Save & Close" in SiteExecutive.
When this happens you will need to contact the Web Team for assistance with clearing the lock. To avoid this be sure to always save your work before navigating away from SiteExecutive.
